All training sessions at FLEX Training Gym are one hour in length. During this time, our focus is on creating and tailoring a program for you that contains four key components:
- Strength Training
- Cardiovascular Training
- Nutritional Guidance
- Stretching and Core work
FOR BEGINNER CLIENTS
At FLEX, we're very aware of the fact that everyone has a unique workout style, which is why we custom tailor every client’s program to their goals as well as their limitations. Our focus is on not only what clients are looking to ultimately achieve, but also what they're not comfortable doing. This care and attention to detail is completely absent in larger gyms, leaving beginners alone to fend for themselves. At FLEX, we carefully build confidence in beginners by focusing on proper technique and full range of motion. It's a great feeling to know that our clients, when training on their own, implement everything they've learned from our programs.
FOR ADVANCED CLIENTS
For the elite athlete, we focus on designing programs that exceed any limitations they have previously set for themselves. The focus is on creating new exercises - whatever it takes - to help them reach their absolute best physical condition. Taking off-season bodybuilders and leaning them down, creating definition through custom diets, and mentally preparing them for national competition is one of the many programs that FLEX Training Gym has to offer the elite athlete.

What you put into a workout is what you get out of it. Proper training is taken seriously at FLEX Training Gym. We will not waste your time with short, gimmicky 20 or 30-minute workouts. These programs, which sound too good to be true, are just that. We know this from experience, and believe that no one is served by these completely empty promises.
